Pathways
At Hobsonville Point Secondary School, we pride ourselves in the successful partnerships we form with our local businesses and community groups.
The Ka Awatea/HPSS Pathways team’s vision is for Careers education to be integrated within school life. We work to align ourselves meaningfully within the HPSS curriculum, and believe that effective careers education occurs through an integration of systems and opportunities within the school that support the development of students' career management strategies. Students feel supported and valued in identifying and pursuing their individual pathways, whether they are tertiary bound, considering apprenticeships or going directly into the workforce.
